Taylor Johnson, CFRE

Taylor Johnson is a Florida native who is constantly on the move with her husband, Matt, who is a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Development both earned from the University of Florida. Prior to joining the Flagship team, she was an Associate Director of Development for the University of Florida Foundation for three and a half years during which she raised $1.7 million toward essential programs, student scholarships, and capital projects. She serves on the engagement committee for the Family, Youth, and Community Sciences Advisory Council and as the Secretary for the 127 Worldwide Board of Directors. To bolster the “textbook knowledge” she gained while earning her degrees, she has worked and volunteered for several different nonprofit organizations in a variety of capacities. She has a passion for organizations that empower all people to flourish and pursue positive community change that is sustainable. In February of 2022, Taylor received her CFRE accreditation. In her leisure, she can be found exercising, hiking, listening to podcasts, or drinking iced coffee. Taylor enjoys helping our clients create achievable and scalable fundraising solutions through one-on-one coaching so the people they serve can thrive. Taylor leads the Flagship Anchor Program. Founder & CEO

Emily Reed

Flagship’s Founder, Emily Reed, has more than 20 years of fundraising experience, along with specialized training and expertise in grant research and writing. Emily spent a decade as the Founder and Executive Director of an anti-trafficking organization in North Carolina, where she served sexually exploited teen girls through residential care and a social entrepreneurship program. She grew the residential program from a startup to a nationally accredited, licensed care home with an onsite school and a staff of fourteen. Emily also expanded the program by launching a sister organization in San Pedro, Belize. Her work in the fight against human trafficking has been featured in publications like Christianity Today and on media outlets such as CBN’s 700 Club. She has presented before Congress in Washington D.C. and has received multiple awards, including a community leadership award from former FBI Director Robert Mueller. Emily holds a degree in Hospitality Management and has over six years of event management experience with Hilton, Marriott, and the Billy Graham Training Center, The Cove. In 2015, she became a Certified Faith-Based Nonprofit Coach with Ministry Ventures and is currently pursuing her certification as a Philanthropic Advisor from The American College of Financial Services.

Tom Nolan

Tom serves as the President of Growth Mission. Tom brings 25 years of ministry experience as a pastor and nonprofit leader to help organizations develop to reach their goals, outcomes and objectives. Tom has worked with organizations such as the New York City Leadership Center, Willow Creek, World Vision, Compassion International, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and more. Tom lends his time to Flagship as a trusted advisor and partners to serve our clients.
